The company’s founder, Mr. Abdul Hossein Ebadi, established a 300-square-meter casting workshop in the late 1930s to manufacture essential components for various industries. In 1971, he produced the first deep well pumps, also known as vertical turbine pumps, in a range of sizes. These pumps were designed for optimal performance in agricultural wells and were successfully introduced to the market.

 

 

In this way, this product became one of the first localized industrial equipment in Iran. In continuation of growth and development, in 2015, he prepared and built a plot of land in the area of ​​Tehran with an area of ​​5000 square meters in both casting and machining sections for the mass production of this product in various sizes.

 

 

 

In 1985, as part of its plan to expand and diversify its product portfolio, the company developed a new, technologically advanced product: semi-hermetic compressors for the refrigeration industry. Despite the challenges and restrictions of the imposed war, the first of these compressors was successfully produced in 1987 and showcased at the Tehran International Exhibition as a significant achievement for Iranian industry. The product received widespread acclaim from industry leaders and experts and was praised by the Supreme Leader.

 

           

 

Continuing its growth in 1995, the company became the first in the country to successfully manufacture vertical hollow shaft electric motors. These motors were quickly embraced by consumers, particularly farmers and urban and rural water and sewage companies, who are the primary users of this product. Today, the company continues to produce these electric motors with a power capacity of up to 220 kilowatts.

Now, after more than five decades of operation, we are proud to be among the few specialized pump manufacturers in Iran. With a unique team and advanced capabilities, we can design and produce seawater extraction and transfer pumps with capacities of up to 17,000 cubic meters. Modeling Department

By transferring information and design files to the modeling dept. and utilizing its advanced facilities, including 3D printers and CNC milling machines of various sizes, we achieve precise construction of the most complex geometric shapes.

 

                             

Casting Section

With over five decades of manufacturing experience and the integration of this expertise with the casting unit’s capabilities, we ensure high quality and precision in producing parts for various specialized industries. Our equipment includes electric furnaces capable of casting up to 1,500 kg of diverse industrial alloys, including stainless steel alloys like 420, 304, 316, duplex, and super duplex.

 

Laboratory Section

The laboratory unit includes a 22-element quantometer and metallography and equipment related to temperature control and sampling and etc.

 

 

Machining Unit

Equipped with a wide range of lathe, boring, and CNC milling machines, the company is capable of manufacturing the most complex parts with exceptional precision. An independent quality control unit and a comprehensive tracking system further ensure the quality and reliability of all parts produced.

Additionally, it has achieved quality management certifications from the SQC Institute for casting, manufacturing, and the production of VS1 to VS7 pumps.

The result of the implementation of several projects in the field of reducing energy consumption in pumping stations of organizations under the Ministry of Energy and providing useful solutions earned this company the honor of receiving the statue and plaque of the best company at the 17th Tehran International Exhibition. The project of affixing the energy label on the pumps produced in the country was one of the proposals of this company to Niro Research Institute, which is currently in its final stages.

Also, the design, construction and installation of low-consumption pumps and optimization of fuel consumption in Isfahan Mobarakeh Steel Company marked another honor for this company.
